A Constitutional Criminal Complaint is an ‘Affidavit of Truth,’ a ‘Demand Affidavit’ and a ‘Commercial Lien.’

Common law has been out of the reach of the average lay person for so long that many are now afraid to learn of and use their GOD given rights, and the very thought of being able to protect and defend themselves through law seems to be too far beyond the scope of possibility. It is time for us to learn the truth, and learn how to use our Constitution with Common law to protect and defend ourselves as is provided for in the still valid and powerful Magna Carta.
