The design:
Primrose is a highly textured flora inspired square motif. The motif consists of 12 rounds and features a 3D centre. Primrose is an intermediate level pattern that requires a little concentration but the pattern will be come easier after completing a couple of motifs.

Materials needed:
Primrose was designed using 4 ply/fingering weight Bendigo Woollen Mills cotton. Using a 3mm hook each square motif used 62m of Yarn and Colours Must Have with a 3.25mm hook. Each motif is 16 cm square.

The ruffles in the centre of primrose do work better in lighter weight yarns I don’t recommend anything above a light DK/8ply.

Stitch markers.
Wool/darning needle.
