Two A4 sheets: Ditch's bottle letter, and a Sky Maker certificate for the morning after. Written separately rather than as a find-and-replace of the dummy letter, because the two goodbyes are not the same. A bottle is bound up with milk and with being held, so the letter leaves the cuddle explicitly in place — Ditch takes the bottle and nothing else.
