If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
The Policy: We guarantee that you will receive a 60-minute session focused entirely on providing a strategic solution to the problem outlined in your intake form. Due to the high-value, subjective nature of strategic consulting, we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the advice or outcome. A full refund will only be issued if the session is canceled by Marina and cannot be rescheduled.
How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.
What if I need to reschedule?
Clients are allowed to reschedule their session one time if they provide notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled call time.
