Unfortunately, many clients are told:

"You rubbed your eyes."

"You got them wet."

"It's your fault."

But the truth is that strong retention should withstand normal everyday life.

Your clients should be able to exercise, travel, swim, and enjoy their holidays with confidence.

And when they come back for their refill, they should still have beautiful lashes left.

That is how loyalty is created.

That is how your schedule fills up.

That is how you build a reputation that allows you to charge premium prices.

Because clients don't remember the glue you used.

They remember how their lashes looked after 4, 5, or 6 weeks.

My goal is simple:

I want you to become the lash artist whose clients never want to replace.

Because without great retention, true excellence in this industry is impossible.
