Fish hat PDF pattern

This is a draft pattern and may contain typos. Design is not mine, only the pattern to recreate it.

Yarn: DK (I used Stylecraft in Citron & turquoise. Plus small amounts of black & white) Needles: 3.5 mm circs plus 4mm crochet hook for the eyes (use black felt instead if preferred)
