Your child is having a meltdown in the middle of a shop.
They're struggling with anxiety.
They're stressed with exams.
There has just been a disagreement between 3 of them and you don't know how to support them all at once.
You don't want them to have to learn how to support themselves through everyday life when they're also trying to navigate exams, work or even their own children.
This Helping Children with Mindfulness Course will equip you and your child with skills they can use to support them through life. Supporting, and maybe even preventing future poor mental health. Whether neurodivergent or neurotypical this course will give you skills to support your child using their natural interests in a fun and integrative way.
You will be guided through what mindfulness is, how the brain works, different types of anchors that can be used and integrated into everyday life, as well as how to figure out which type you or your child may be best suited to and how you can integrate it into their day and support them with it during times of overwhelm. In addition you will be given extra bonus bits to add to both your toolkit and your child's so that you can all help improve resilience and self esteem in addition to everything else.
This course is perfect for anyone supporting children, whether you are a parent, carer, grandparent, childminder, or teacher.
