Buddha-tastic

I wasn't familiar with Buddha bowls prior to this cookbook, and now I see what I was missing out on! I definitely need to start cooking these and add them to my daily meal rotations. The Asian Tofu Bowl and the Mexican Quinoa Bowls sound like food that's right up my alley!
