Let's fly. Aerial hammock classes for 3-7 y.o. kids

My name is Valeriia Kiriushkina and I am a certified aerial hammock instructor with 10 years of teaching experience.

I have created this online program for kids and their parents to develope, explore and have fun together. Believe me or better just try and see yourself that this classes will become not only the best physical training for your child, but also a therapy to build closer contact between you and your kids.

This online course contains 3 classes for kids of the age 3-7 y.o.

Each exercise is carefully guided with my detailed instructions. Moreover, I am showing how to support your child in each single movement with the help of my own 5 y.o. daughter Sofia.

To start training you don't need any special knowlege or experience. This videos are carefully planned and designed for every child to be able to repeat everything with the help of the parent. Let's fly together!

This course will be also useful for the instructors, who is interested in work with kids in the aerial hammock safely and profissionaly.
