Deep Listening uses many skills and while they are not hard to learn like any new skill they do take a some practice. This course has an ongoing support group that gives you the ability to practice and experience Deep Listening with other participants.

Clarity, the ability to describe another person's observable emotions and behaviour without labelling, judging or name calling is essential for effective communication.

Many of us find it difficult to express how we are feeling. We have 4 videos that show you how to speak about how you're feeling and stay safe.
