This template is designed as a one-stop-shop to keep all your homeschool planning and records organised. This homeschool hub is the tool you need to stay on top of your record keeping, reporting, resources, book lists, unit studies, homeschool planning, to-do lists, and more without feeling overwhelmed. It keeps everything organised and accessible across your devices.

Airtable is an incredible platform that combines the power of a spreadsheet, a database, and automation to create a tool that has the potential to streamline your processes, keep you organised, and save you time through. I personally use Airtable for homeschool planning, to-do lists, Social Media content management, ebook drafts, managing our homeschool co-op, and more. It’s incredible and has saved me so much time - I hope it can do the same for you!

This Airtable template includes:

• To Do List - easily keep track of any homeschool and family related tasks.
• Term Overview - a summary of each term (or modify to suit your homeschool style), including topics and units, work samples and records, resources, etc.
• Term Topics/Units - plan your homeschool units across each term, map out different topics, and keep it all accessible across any device. This one's particularly handy to quickly access links to things like YouTube videos or other resources from a tablet or phone when you're in the middle of a 'lesson.'
• Records & Work Samples - no more sifting through boxes of loose sheets of samples and records at the end of the year, take a photo on the go and quickly upload it to this table using the quick add form, which can be saved as an 'app' on your phone's home screen.
• Notes & Ideas - when inspiration strikes and you have a fantastic activity idea, or your kiddo tells you all about her newest passion, use the form view (save to your phone Home Screen) to quickly add important notes and ideas to this table to refer back to later.
• HEU Plans & Reports - modify this to suit you homeschool reporting requirements, then keep all your offical plans and reports in one place. You can print this content directly from Airtable, or copy and paste across selected text as needed.
• Book Lists - keep track of the books you own, which ones you've borrowed from the library, books related to current units, and ones on your Wishlist. Easily link books in this table with your term planning, so you know exactly which books you'll need.
• Resource Lists - as with the book lists section, keep track of your resources and link them to specific term planning and units.
• Events & Dates - space to add key dates and scheduling.
• Term Dates - this is a reference table for many of the other tables within this Base. Add the term dates at the beginning of each new year, so you can easily link to the correct dates and terms. Some automations are also linked to this table.
• Topics Reference List - make a list of topics or subject areas so you can link to them in your planning and easily see the spread of subjects you're studying across the years.
• Family Members - add your family members here to allow you to link specific records and planning to individual family members.

*As with any new tool, please give yourself time to learn and be a beginner. It may seem a little overwhelming when you jump into your first Airtable Base, but watch a couple of YouTube videos, have a play around, and test out this template, and you’ll be leveraging the power of Airtable like a pro in no time!
