This coaching was created from lived experience …. not theory, not guesswork.
Loving someone who is incarcerated changes you. It teaches you patience, strength, and resilience, but it also brings isolation, emotional exhaustion, and moments where you feel unseen by the world around you. I’ve lived through the anticipation of visits, the emotional comedowns afterward, the confusion around policies, and the quiet pressure to hold it together for everyone else.
Along the way, I realized how few spaces exist where partners can speak freely without judgment, shame, or being misunderstood. Most people don’t know what to say and many don’t know how to listen. I needed support that felt real, grounded, and honest. When I couldn’t find it, I created it.
This coaching is about offering what I once needed:
a safe space to process emotions, prepare for visits, ask questions, and receive guidance from someone who truly understands the weight of this journey.
There’s no pretending here. No pressure to be strong all the time. Just support, clarity, and community rooted in experience and compassion.
My goal is simple….. to help you feel supported, grounded, and less alone while you navigate this life with love and intention.
