A separate one-page clarification PDF is included. Page 1 - Question 1(c): For the line y = 3x + 2, finding where y = 7 requires 3x + 2 = 7. The small side box that writes 3x − 2 = 7 has a sign slip. Page 4 - Question 1(h): The original equation is x² − (1/2)x − 3 = 0. Multiply it by 2 to obtain 2x² − x − 6 = 0. Read the handwritten multiplier as 2 × (expression), not as multiplication by the variable 2x. The roots −1.5 and 2 are correct.
