Reading Log — E-ink Edition
The Reading Log as an e-ink document: a twenty-line book index, forty book pages, and a Year in Books page at the back.
Each index line links to its book page, and every book page links back. The fields are the same four prompts the workbook asks - why you picked it up, what it was really about, a line you kept, who you would hand it to - so a book written up on the tablet and a book typed into the spreadsheet are the same record.

THE PART NOBODY ELSE BUILDS
It is built from the Reading Log workbook's own field list, which means the two cannot drift. Most companion editions are drawn separately and quietly diverge a version later, so the tablet version asks for a rating the spreadsheet does not store and the two stop being the same log. This one is generated from the same definition, and a field only exists here if it exists there.
