THE PART NOBODY ELSE BUILDS

The count of reviews you have done only ever goes up. There is no streak to break, no missed quarter shown in red, and no scoring of your answers, because a reflection tool that grades you is a reflection tool you will stop opening. The ten metrics are fixed rather than chosen fresh each time, which is the only way a comparison means anything: a quarter measured against different numbers is not a comparison, it is two separate pages that happen to sit next to each other.
