Remember a time you felt unstoppable. Close your eyes, relive it fully — see what you saw, hear what you heard, feel that surge of power. At the peak, squeeze your fist or touch two fingers together. Practice a few times. From now on, fire that anchor right before you need confidence. It gives you instant access to that state.
Step 3: See Your Future Self (Hypnotic Visualization)
Get comfortable, close your eyes, and breathe deeply. Imagine yourself walking into any room completely confident — posture strong, voice steady, people responding to your presence. Make the picture vivid, add sounds and feelings. Spend a few minutes there every day. This programs your mind to make it real.
