It opens on who to contact today, flags overdue follow-ups and clients you haven't heard from, and keeps appointments, a simple pipeline and client birthdays in one place. Works in the browser on any device, offline after it opens, with client details saved only on your device. You get a hosted app link, a How to Open PDF and an unlock code.

WHAT IT DOES

• Home screen: follow-ups due today and overdue, a done-today progress bar, and the next birthday

• Stat cards you can tap: Follow-ups today, Overdue, Hot leads, Birthdays this month, Clients total

• Needs your attention list: overdue follow-ups, no contact in a while and birthdays in the next few days

• Client cards with business, service, stage, priority (Hot, Warm, Cold), source, last contact, next follow-up, appointment and notes

• Call, Text and Email buttons that open the calling, texting or email app on your device

• Follow-ups tab with types like Check in, Send quote, Thank you, Birthday wish and Review request; "Follow up in" picks like 3 days or 2 weeks set the date for you

• Appointments tab listed in date order

• Pipeline view by stage, from New lead to Won, Active client or Past client, with counts

• Birthdays with month and day (year optional); upcoming birthdays for the next 30 days

• Dropdowns with common choices plus "Other (type your own)"; your own entries are remembered

• Upload a CSV with a template and a preview before anything is added; export CSV

• Backup and Restore to save a copy or move to another device, plus Print

• 4 color themes, and Load example data to see it filled in first

Your client details stay in this browser on this device. It works offline after it opens and sends nothing off your device.

LIMITS

• It doesn't send texts or emails for you; the buttons open the calling, texting or email app on your device.

• No invoicing, payments or money tracking.

• It doesn't sync between devices or users. Use Backup and Restore to move a copy.

• Data lives in one browser. Use Backup to keep a copy.
