3. Import Latest Poiyomi Toon Shader (9.0.61) (You can add this to your VCC)

4. Import Avatar Package.

5. Double click "!!DOUBLE CLICK ME" Scene.

6. Open the VRC SDK panel > Log in > Press the Build & Publish for Windows button
