Corinthian Light is a cosy and comforting shawl worked side-to-side in a beautiful Australian Alpaca 4 ply yarn from Adagio Mills. The shawl incorporates sections of stocking stitch and soft garter stitch ribbing, making it a straightforward and easy-going knit.

Finished Measurements
Wingspan across top edge: 64 inches/162.5 cm.
Depth at widest point: 26 inches/66 cm.
All measurements are after blocking.

Yarn Requirements
Approximately 700 yards/640 metres of fingering/4 ply yarn.

Shown in Adagio Alpaca 4 ply (100% Australian Alpaca; 175 yards/160 metres per 50 grams) in Clouds, 4 balls.

Needles & Notions
6 US/4 mm circular needles, 24 inches/60 cm (to accommodate the large number of stitches), or needle size to obtain gauge.
Tapestry/yarn needle to weave in yarn ends.
Stitch marker (optional).

Gauge
22 sts and 28 rows per 4 inches/10 cm in stocking stitch after blocking.
Gauge is not crucial but a different gauge will alter the finished size, drape and amount of yarn required.

Pattern Notes
Corinthian Light is worked flat in one piece from side to side. One increase at the beginning of every RS row creates a triangle shape.
