A versatile layering piece that’s as fun to wear as it is to knit, Concord Vest features an extra-deep v-neck and an interesting rib pattern on the sides that gives a figure-flattering fit without the need for additional waist shaping.
The vest is constructed flat in two pieces. Armhole shaping is worked with double & single decreases rather than BOs (so as to not interrupt the rib pattern on the sides). Then a three-needle bind-off is worked to join the shoulder straps and the sides are sewn together.
Best of all, armhole and neck edgings are worked along with the fabric—absolutely no picking up stitches required!
SIZES AVAILABLE
27 (30.5, 33.5, 36.25, 39.25 / 42.25, 45, 49.5, 53)"
