Thanksgiving Art Lesson Turkey Art Project Thanksgiving Art Activity Sub Plans
This Thanksgiving Turkey Art Project is a hands-on, low-prep lesson for classroom teachers, art educators and homeschoolers. Students create a one-of-a-kind turkey by ripping paper, following a directed drawing, painting with washable felt and adding color with pencil crayon.
It is a fun way to celebrate the holiday while students explore mixed media techniques, and every step comes with both a picture and a written description.
