Navigating Conflict Online Course

A Pathway to Healing, Wholeness, and Deeper Connection

Navigating Conflict

The Navigating Conflict program was created to support those who are ready to transform their relationship with conflict—from something feared or avoided into a powerful portal for healing, clarity, and connection.

This body of work is rooted in over 20 years of experience, study, personal healing, and lived integration. It is designed for those who feel the call to heal their own wounds around conflict, as well as for those who sense that the challenges they face are connected to ancestral and collective patterns seeking resolution.

Conflict does not arise in isolation. It lives within our nervous systems, our family histories, and the collective stories we’ve inherited. This program gently guides you to meet conflict with awareness, compassion, and embodied understanding—so you can respond rather than react.

Who This Program Is For

  • Those who feel activated, overwhelmed, shut down, or defensive during conflict
  • Those who want to communicate with more clarity, presence, and integrity
  • Those ready to heal personal, familial, ancestral, and collective imprints around conflict
  • Those who desire deeper intimacy with themselves and others

Navigating Conflict invites you to step into a more grounded, empowered, and compassionate relationship with yourself and others—so conflict becomes a doorway to deeper truth, connection, and healing rather than separation.

Program Structure

Section One: Self — Healing Your Personal Relationship with Conflict

You’ll explore the unique wounds that surface for you when conflict arises and the roles you instinctively step into—such as peacemaker, protector, withdrawer, or escalator. This section supports you in understanding your nervous system responses, emotional triggers, and survival strategies, so you can meet yourself with compassion and choice rather than self-judgment.

Section Two: Family & Ancestral — Unwinding Inherited Patterns

Here we turn toward your family of origin and ancestral lineage. You’ll examine the role you played within your family system and how conflict was modeled, avoided, or expressed. This section helps illuminate inherited patterns that may still be shaping your present-day relationships, offering pathways for healing what was never yours to carry alone.

Section Three: Community & Collective — Reframing Conflict Beyond the Personal

Conflict is also shaped by the communities and collective structures we live within. In this section, you’ll explore how cultural, social, and collective dynamics have influenced your beliefs about conflict, power, and safety. This perspective allows conflict to be seen not as a personal failure, but as a shared human experience—and an opportunity for conscious change.
