Hi,

My name is Adam and I am one of the luckiest people in the world. At the age of 18 yrs I fell five storeys through steel head first into a concrete floor. I was in an induced coma for 2 weeks, hospital for 6 months and a life time of reorientation and pain management.

In this health journal 1 and the other journals in the health system that will be available on this site soon... I have detailed everything that I have learnt and wish someone had given me. I have been a mentor and coach for many years to people in the trauma community. I am an artist, sculptor, singer song writer, poet and writer.
