About this course

As a finance leader with more than 15 years of hands on business partnering experience, and latterly in leadership positions in large organisations, I've seen my fair share of best (and worst) practice. I want to share my experience and support FBPs to accelerate their own development.

This course is designed to help current and aspiring business partners to partner their business in the best way possible and to bring value without simply getting lost in the process and the month-end position. With a structured and honest self-assessment, users can create a meaningful 90 day development plan, with priority and focus that's bespoke to each user.

The course with accountability offers a personal check-in via email at 30, 60 and 90 days to reflect on how you've applied your learning and how things are progressing with your development plan. Accountability is a powerful tool for progress.
