Two different setups to give smoke sims multiple colors at render time without having to rely on the Cd field.
The first is based on the velocity field in which case the smoke is colored based on an artist-controlled velocity threshold.
The second is using the rest fields to set the colors and let them stick to the smoke and move along with it.
