One the first of every month you will receive 4 new guided meditations which you can do in your own time and at your own pace.
With the membership, you get access to all the content, old and new. You can choose which meditation you want to do based on what you want to work on that day. Just log in anytime you want to access the content.
You can repeat meditations and listen as many times as you want.
Not at all! No previous experience is needed. This community is open to those who have never meditated before and those who have a regular meditation routine. The weekly guided meditations are simple, accessible, and tailored to help you ease into a mindful practice, no matter where you’re starting from.
Each guided meditation is 5 to 10 minutes long. I suggest you do a minimum of one meditation per day but Transform to Thrive is designed to fit into busy lives, so you can engage with the content at your own pace. The goal is to help you build consistency, not overwhelm you.
No problem! All live sessions are recorded and available for you to watch at your convenience. As long as you are a member, you’ll never miss out on any content, even if you can’t attend in real-time.
Absolutely. While I hope you stay and continue your journey with us, you can cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked. Just log into your account to manage your subscription. Please note that there are no refunds and should you decide to cancel, you will no longer have access to the content or any future meditations.
