3. Any placements with major artists and/or record labels must be cleared with me first (I just want to make sure there are hassle free fairsplits)  

4. If any major placement receives earnings on any profitable streaming platform(Spotify, Apple music, YouTube etc.) All available royalties must be split between yourself and Me. (50/50)
