the fps will be 29.970 but i use 23.976 so u have to change it!! (otherwise it will be choppy)

for fast twixtor u will have to make the clip longer for it not to cut off at the end (you can also move keyframes)

for slow twixtor it will not show the last few frames so be mindful of that
