HOW IT WORKS

Download and extract the ZIP. Open the HTML files in a modern desktop browser. No Excel subscription or Maras Zeme account is required. Enter your own rates and quantities, review the assumptions, and save a separate job file for each project. A copy/paste backup option is included in the calculator.

The calculator uses person-hours and a profit margin on selling price. Estimating time and a proposed estimating fee are tracked separately from the construction range. Agree any fee with your customer before starting that work.

Early-access edition 1.0. This tool has not been validated against real contractor jobs. It does not supply market pricing, production rates, structural advice, or code approval. Cabinet worksheets cover installation, not custom fabrication. Wall removal requires assessment before scope can be confirmed.

Construction ranges are before sales tax. Add applicable design, permit, engineering, trade, delivery, and disposal costs yourself. Printed working estimates include internal costs; review before sharing.

Entries stay in your browser until you save or share them. There is no automatic cloud backup. Desktop use is recommended.
