A printable, numbered gift certificate plus a tracker that knows what's left on every one you've sold, in Notion or Google Sheets. Sized for a solo massage, chiro or wellness practice, and ready before the holiday rush.

A printable certificate with a serial number. One clean page (Word + PDF) with a spot for your practice name, the serial (e.g. GC-2026-001), the recipient, a dollar value or a service and number of sessions, the issue date, an optional valid-until date you choose, and a terms line you write yourself. A 4-per-page sheet with cut lines is included too, and the Google Sheet has a Print a Certificate tab that fills one in from your log.

Dollar, service and promo certificates. Log each certificate by serial with the purchaser and recipient as initials or IDs, the issue date and its type: a dollar amount, a service (e.g. 3 × 60-min massage) or a promo. Amount paid is optional, and a promo can be $0. Remaining balance, remaining sessions and status (Active, Partially redeemed, Fully redeemed, Expired by user date, Void) calculate on their own.

Every redemption, in one log. Pick the serial, enter the date, the amount or sessions redeemed and the client ID who used it. Each row shows the balance or sessions left after that use.

Kept apart, never mixed. The dashboard shows the outstanding dollar balance, open service certificates with the sessions remaining, and open promo value as separate figures, never added into one total. Dollar balances and sessions are also split into age buckets by issue date (0-90, 91-180, 181-365, over 365 days; edges you can change).

A reminder list. Certificates with something still open whose expiration date (only if you entered one) is within 60 days, or that were issued more than 180 days ago. Both numbers are yours to change. The template never fills in or suggests an expiration date.

Built-in checks. An over-redemption guard (dollars or sessions), a setup check for a missing amount or session count, and the Sheet flags duplicate serial numbers as you type.

Pairs with the TherapistOps Massage and Chiro hubs. Redemptions use the same CL-001 client IDs.
