we consider your personality, pageant requirements, sizing, timeline, and budget to develop a plan you can confidently shop from or take into a designer conversation.

your deliverables

1. one personalized competition brief- a summary of your three selected phases, wardrobe requirements, budget priorities, and the impression you want to leave.
2. one overall wardrobe mood board- a visual direction connecting your three looks through color, silhouette, and styling, while giving each phase its own identity.
3. three individual look boards- one board per selected phase, outlining the clothing direction, key details, and accessories that bring the look together.
4. shopping guidance for all three looks- for ready-to-wear phases, curated clothing recommendations with direct shopping links and listed prices. for evening gown, a written direction covering silhouette, color, fabric, and embellishment, supported by visual references and designer or retailer recommendations suited to your budget.
5. three sets of finishing notes- shoe, jewelry, hair, and makeup suggestions for each look, with attention to necklines, proportions, comfort, and movement.
6. one competition wardrobe checklist- a prioritized plan for purchases, designer inquiries, fittings, and final styling decisions, organized around your competition timeline.
7. one coordinated refinement round- submit one consolidated set of feedback across your three looks, and we’ll make one round of adjustments within your original phases and budgets.

after booking, complete your competition intake with your selected phases, wardrobe rules, sizing, budgets, and inspiration. we’ll review your brief and confirm your project schedule, then develop your personalized styling plan.

your deliverables arrive together in a digital PDF by email. review the direction, send your consolidated feedback, and use your finalized plan to guide your wardrobe decisions.

a note on evening gown

evening gown support includes creative direction, visual references, and designer or retailer recommendations. custom sketches, original gown design, designer communication, and garment production are not included. pricing, availability, and production timelines must be confirmed directly with the designer or retailer.

your introductory invitation

comp ready is available to five clients at a special introductory rate as we develop the full front row service collection. you’ll receive every deliverable listed above, and we’ll ask for feedback after delivery to help shape the client experience.

your booking includes one $50 credit toward an eligible premium front row service when the full collection opens. qualifying services and redemption details are provided at checkout. one credit may be redeemed per future premium purchase.
