It is a collection of four guided audio practices designed to help your nervous system do what it already knows how to do: rest, soften, and find its way back to safety.


Inside you will find:

  • Deep Rest, a 20-minute Yoga Nidra for conscious rest and restoration, offered with deep respect for the Indian yogic tradition it comes from.
  • Finding the Light, a short guided meditation using the concept of glimmers, small ordinary moments of safety that already exist in your life.
  • The Anchor, a simple breathwork practice using extended exhale breathing to gently move your body out of survival mode.
  • Held, a gentle affirmations practice. Simple permissions, offered softly, for the parts of you that have been working too hard for too long.
