Life is full of storms. The question is, are you in the storm or is the storm in you?

Hurry sickness is an epidemic ravaging our world as much as any pandemic. When someone struggles with hurry sickness, they are constantly rushing and anxious, always in a hurry even when there's nowhere to be or anything to do. They can't rest because they have an overwhelming and continual sense of urgency. It's like a personal hurricane, it's a HURRYcane violently disturbing, destroying and upending everything in its path.

The eye (I) of the storm is the calm in the middle of the storm. Just like the letter "I" in the middle of Hurricane, when I am in the center of the storm I can be at peace, but when we replace the "I" with "Y (why)” we create a HURRYcane that will do to our heart, mind and spirit what a hurricane will do to our cities neighborhoods and homes.
