Who goes to Heaven? According to the Bible
there are Keys to the Pearly Gates
In the previous book, ‘‘Are Christians- the only ones who go to Heaven?’ We discovered that Jesus is talking to everyone, not just Christians, and heaven is open to anyone who is interested in meeting the requirements.
What would you do if I told you that there are keys that unlock the mysteries of Heaven? Keys that will actually swing those pearly gates wide open?
Would you want to know about these keys?
In this book, Who goes to Heaven? According to the Bible There are Keys to the Pearly Gates,’ I will mention five keys which I found in the Bible that can lock and unlock Heaven’s Pearly Gates. I’ll step you through these keys one by one in the following volumes..
There are keys to the Pearly Gates?
When people hear that I’m writing about Biblical keys the response is guaranteed… ‘Having faith is key… am I right?’
Yes, they’re absolutely right, but also wrong.
You’re wrong if you think that faith is the ONLY key. But you’re right if you think that faith is one of the many keys.
Some people are convinced that faith alone will swing the gates wide open. This is not true. It is not true according to the Gospels. And it is also not true according to common sense.
There are 336 Bible verses about faith (and faithfulness) in the KJV version of the Bible. I selected a few.
The following Scripture verses about faith are by Jesus and His brother James.
According to your faith
Then touched He their eyes, saying,
According to your faith, be it unto you.
Matthew 9:29
whole from that very hour
Then Jesus answered and said unto her,
O woman, great is thy faith:
be it unto thee even as thou wilt.
And her daughter was made
whole from that very hour.
Doubt not
Jesus answered and said unto them,
Verily I say unto you,
If ye have faith, and doubt not,
ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree,
but also if ye shall say unto this mountain,
Be thou removed,
and be thou cast into the sea;
it shall be done.
Matthew 21:21, Matthew 17:20
Your faith has saved you
And He said to the woman,
Your faith has saved you;
go in peace.
Justified by works
by works a man is justified,
and not by faith only.
…
For as the body without the spirit is dead,
so faith without works is dead also.
Poor, rich in faith, loving
Listen, my beloved brethren,
Has not God chosen
the poor of this world rich in faith,
and heirs of the kingdom
which he hath promised to them that love him?
James 2:5
So, yes, being rich in faith is one of the keys but clearly it is not the only key.
I also hear Christians say that it is key to confess Jesus with our mouth and believe in our heart; then we’ll be saved.
Is this true according to God’s prophets and Jesus?
We’ll find out if this confession is relevant when we learn more about the keys.
Which Keys are we Talking About?
The Bible mentions the following keys,
There are six of them, as follows (download the entire book to find out)
........
In the references a download is available with eighty key Biblical references and various definitions, including from Biblical scholars, on idolatry (which is considered evil in the sight of the Lord).
How to open the right doors and not get lost?
Once we know that there is an ongoing battle between good and evil, we realise that we have to pick a side.
And if we want to be part of God’s family we’ll have to act accordingly.
Now it starts to make sense to figure out what these keys mentioned in the Bible are, and how to use them to open the right doors and not get lost in the wrong place.
This series ‘Who Goes to Heaven?’ is a series of nine because there is a LOT to it. And what you’re reading now is Volume Two.
Volume One - ‘Are Christians the Only Ones Who Go to Heaven? According to Jesus.’
Many Christians believe that entry into Heaven is a privilege available for all those who believe in Jesus. Is this true? What does Jesus have to say about this?
Volume Two - ‘According to the Bible, there are keys to the Pearly Gates’ (as to ‘Who goes to heaven or hell’)
We’ll discover how many keys are mentioned in the Bible referring to Heaven and or hell..
We’re touching upon what God considers evil because it may not be the same as what society tells us is evil. Without evil we wouldn’t need keys to get into Heaven.
Volume Three - ‘There is an Open Door for Some. This is a Message from Him that Has the Key of David. Who Goes to Heaven?’
This Volume deals with a wide open door for those who qualify. For some the Pearly Gates will effortlessly swing wide open. Who are those blessed souls?
Contemplation
Who would have thought that God’s Holy Word contains actual keys to unlock those Pearly Gates?
Coming Up Next in Volume Three
Next we’ll look at an open door. Wouldn’t that be amazing, to find an open door?
Well, it is possible and Jesus tells us who this open door is for.
Let’s find out if we qualify.
