🪑 What you’ll need:
A sturdy chair (no wheels)
2 x light weights (0.5kg or 1kg) or two tins of beans
A small amount of space around you
Comfortable clothing
A drink of water
💚 During the class:
Move at your own pace
Only work within a comfortable, pain-free range
Take breaks whenever needed
