Question: Can I get a refund?
Answer: You’re only charged after I’ve found the certificate and approved your request. If I can’t find it, you pay nothing. Because the search is done before you pay, all sales are final and I can’t offer refunds once a certificate has been researched. If your copy doesn’t arrive or there’s a problem with the file, email brickwallsbuckeyes@mail.com and I’ll fix it.
