Named in honour of my grand niece who was born earlier this year, Rae is my glamorous take on the one hank DK weight scarf. It features pointed ends bejewelled with beaded floats, a main body worked in a subtle stripe texture and slip stitch edges at each side which give the scarf a wonderful, sleek finish.

This design has something for everyone who can already knit and purl with confidence. There’s a couple of new techniques to add to your crafting skill set and some reassuringly simple knitting that will soothe away a few hours in your favourite knitting spot. Whether you choose a combination of eye popping brights or classic black and white, this super cute design will add a stylish lift to any outfit.
