The Remote Profile Audit

Your profile is the reason you're getting ignored — or getting interviews. I'll tell you exactly which, and exactly what to change.

Most people sending remote applications into silence don't have a skills problem. They have a positioning problem — a profile written for the local job market, aimed at the wrong roles, in language global employers skim right past.

A free ATS checker can tell you whether software can read your resume. It can't tell you why a human keeps passing on it. That part you can't see from the inside. I can.

Start free — do this first:

Before you book, run your Resume/CV through my free Resume Checker (remoteworkunlocked.work/resume-checker.html). It scores your ATS formatting, flags the mechanical fixes, and matches you to remote roles that fit in about 30 seconds, right in your browser. Fix what it catches, and our time together goes entirely to the thing a machine can't judge: your positioning.

What you get:

A 10–15 minute recorded walkthrough of your actual LinkedIn profile and CV, not generic advice, your real assets, screen-shared and marked up.

A one-page action plan with fixes, ranked by what moves the needle first. No 40-point checklist; the 5 things that matter.

A target-role reality check to confirm whether the roles you're chasing are winnable from where you are, and where to aim instead for dollar-paid roles that actually hire across borders.

A 2-week check-in after you've made the changes, I follow up to see what landed and adjust.

The method behind it:

I'll run your profile through the same Cross-Border Career Method I used to get hired into dollar-paid remote work from Kampala — the system documented across 50+ guides on this site — applied to your specific situation.

I'm not a coach selling theory. I built this path myself and I'll show you where yours is leaking.

Who this audit is for:

You're applying and hearing nothing back

You're getting interviews but not offers

You've already run the free checker and cleaned up the mechanics but the silence continues. (That's the tell: it's positioning, not formatting.)

You're targeting USD/GBP/EUR roles from outside the US and want to know if your profile competes

Who it's not for:

You want me to rewrite everything for you (this is an audit, not a done-for-you service)

You haven't applied to anything yet (audit your strategy first by reading the free guides)

Guarantee:

If you don't walk away with at least 3 specific changes you hadn't thought of, email me and I'll refund you in full.

Kindly note that:

I take 4 audits a week so each one gets real attention. When the week's slots are full, the next opening is the following week.

Delivery: Delivered within 5 business days of your intake.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can't I just read your free guides instead?

You should start there. The guides tell you what a winning remote profile looks like in general. The audit tells you what's wrong with yours, specifically, and which fix to make first. Reading about it and seeing your own profile marked up on screen are different things, the second is why people stop getting ignored.

Do you rewrite my profile and CV for me?

No, this is an audit and not a done-for-you rewrite. I show you exactly what to change and why, and hand you a ranked action plan, but you make the edits. That's deliberate: the people who get hired are the ones who understand why a change works, so they can keep applying it to every future application. You'll walk away knowing how to position yourself, not just with a one-time fix.

Will this work for my field / experience level?

The method isn't field-specific, it's about positioning your experience for global employers and aiming at roles that actually hire across borders, which applies whether you're in sales, engineering, design, or support. If you're early in your career, the audit is often more valuable, because small positioning mistakes cost juniors the most. The one case it won't help: if you haven't applied to anything yet. My advice, please read the free guides first, then come back.

What if the audit doesn't tell me anything new?

Then you don't pay for it. If you don't walk away with at least 3 specific changes you hadn't thought of, email me and I'll refund you in full. I can make that promise because I'm looking at your real profile against a method I've documented across 50+ guides on remoteworkunlocked.work

How does it work, and how long does it take?

After you book, you'll get a short intake form to send me your profile, CV, and target roles. Within 5 business days I send back a 10–15 minute recorded walkthrough plus your one-page action plan. Two weeks later I check in to see how the changes landed. I take 4 audits a week so each one gets real attention.
