This beer was inspired by Big River Brewery's (Chattanooga, Tennessee) Iron Horse Stout. The recipe now is owned by Rock Bottom Brewery. The big guy considers this beer one of his top 5 stouts. It hits the tongue a malty dry flavor with chocolate and coffee notes. The bittering is clean. The finish is a sweet roasted flavor.
