Manifest & Mindset Workshop

As this is a beautiful yoga studio our practice will mostly take place on mats, so comfortable clothes are advised.

Please feel free to bring a folding chair, cushion & blanket if you would like to and if you wear reading glasses please bring those too.

It doesn't matter if you are just curious about manifestation and wanting starting your journey,

or if you have a regular practice, there will be something for everyone.

Come alone - you'll have new friends by the time you leave, or grab your friends and come as a group.

It's a great way to recharge, reframe and learn how your mindset can really alter your life.
