On mobile devices: please favorite 10 images using the instructions below. Then download each image by tapping the download button while viewing the individual image. Wait for the image to load then long press the image and select the option to save it to your device. This process is easier on the computer as all the favorites can be downloaded at one time.

When selecting images in the gallery it is recommended to favorite them by tapping the heart icon on each image. Once you have selected a maximum of 10 images view the favorites by using the link in the menu. Then you can download them one at a time on mobile or all at once on a computer.

After login you will need to select the Season Pass to access the benefits page. You will then be able to copy the pin code for downloads and then click the link to the gallery to download your 10 free images.

*Purchasing a season pass does not guarantee your athlete will be photographed.

Sometimes there is not a good angle, the athlete may not perform close enough to the front, or there are more prominent features in the show when I do have an angle to photograph your athlete. 

Please be aware that this subscription does not guarantee images of your kiddo. 

If you think your athlete may be positioned in a place that is hard to photograph from the lower stands in a gymnasium please refrain from purchasing a pass.

Galleries will launch within 7 days of each event. In previous years I averaged 3 to 4 days to get the images culled, cropped, sorted, and uploaded. An average of 25,000 to 30,000 photos will be taken of each event. The camera is capable of taking 30 frames per second. During the culling process I will select the best image or images from every few seconds. Then the image will be cropped to remove distractions and fill the frame with the subject. This is a very time consuming process so please be patient.

Most likely it is because you have used a different email address when visiting the gallery. Please make sure to use the same email you bought the season pass membership with as that is what the download option is linked to in the gallery.
