These four one-hour practices are designed to bring the feeling of a guided class into your own space, so you can move with structure, intention, and flow even when you’re practicing alone.
Each session has its own focus — from dynamic, layered movement to playful strength, spirals and twists, and a slower, more grounding practice. Together they create a balanced journey that supports strength, mobility, coordination, and nervous system regulation.
You don’t need a perfect routine or a perfect day. Just a bit of space, your mat, and the willingness to begin.
Come back to these practices whenever you want to feel connected to your body, your breath, and your movement — steady, strong, and present.

Movement has always been my way of coming back to myself. As a yoga teacher with over 500 hours of education and a passion for creative, strength-focused flows, I guide practices that help you feel capable, grounded, and present. My classes combine challenge and clarity, so you can grow in your practice without losing the connection to how it feels in your body.
