I first used this stitch pattern in a pair of socks but soon realized I didn’t want to hide it in my shoes. It’s perfectly suited to a pair of elegant fingerless mitts that are an ideal light layer on a slightly chilly day. Keep your hands and wrists in style while you keep them warm!

To knit this pattern, you need to know how to:
  • work in the round,
  • work twisted stitches,
  • work lace stitches from a chart or written directions, and
  • do lifted increases (instructions given in pattern).

The lace stitch pattern used in these mitts is both written and charted.

This pattern has been professionally tech edited.
