Karina was in basic training in the Airforce and hurt herself in PT and got a medical discharge after a bone scan and MRI. She talks about the difficulty of getting around in her camouflage cast, depending on other people and showering. She discusses her severe lack of movement in the cast and how she puts all the pressure on her good leg. She also talks about her toes getting dirty as she rubs them.
