one of the leading banking institutions. She recently completed her doctoral research

from Walden University with a focus on leadership and organizational change. The title

of her doctoral work is “Expectations of Job Satisfaction Based on Three Common

Leadership Styles”. This research focused specifically on the job satisfaction of non-

Dr. Neal has a true passion for leading team members while empowering them to reach

their full potential. Her favorite part of leadership is promoting that a team is a group of

people who trust each other. She believes that leadership is not a title but instead it is the

ability to empower a balanced work-life approach into the process of fulfilling daily

responsibilities. Leaders and team members should enjoy their work in a way that helps

them to maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and healthy attitude.

institution and an MBA from Capella University. She is married to Alec Neal with a

blended family of one son, two daughters, one grand daughter and one grandson. They
