SOFTWARE & USE

PDF pages are print-and-write, not fillable forms. Use a PDF reader and your own printer; paper and printing costs are separate. The supplied workbooks are downloadable .xlsx files, with a coordinated dashboard, learner summary cards and planned-versus-recorded minutes chart. Core formulas passed prior Excel web checks; the revised files pass local recalculation checks. You can import the download into your own Google Sheets account using the illustrated guide. Google Sheets conversion has not been tested for this edition, so use the fictional example check after importing. A Google account and internet are required for that route. Microsoft also offers free Excel web editing with a Microsoft account and internet connection. Desktop Excel may require a paid licence and has not been tested for this kit. No hosted Google template or automatic add-to-Drive link is included. No Canva or Figma account is needed.
