• Spreadsheets: Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer (Windows & Mac) and Microsoft 365, and Google Sheets (free Google account). To use Google Sheets: upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, right-click > Open with > Google Sheets, then File > Save as Google Sheets. Set File > Settings > Locale to United Kingdom for £ and UK dates
• Spreadsheets are not designed for Apple Numbers or mobile-only editing. A computer is recommended
• Apps (.html): Works offline in any desktop browser (Windows, Mac, Chromebook) and on Android. iPhone and iPad are not supported yet. Data stays in the browser on your device; download a backup regularly
• No macros, add-ons or subscriptions
