Our paid business setup services are designed for clients who already know what business they want to start and are ready to build the foundation correctly. Depending on the package selected, support may include business registration, EIN application support, license and permit research, NAICS code research, business descriptions, startup planning, banking preparation, and guidance on remaining requirements.

We also offer separate business growth and contract-readiness services for clients who need help with marketing plans, outreach scripts, contract research, customer acquisition strategies, and next-step planning.

Please note that government filing fees, licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, and other third-party costs are not included. A2P provides administrative support, research, education, and business guidance but does not guarantee approvals, contracts, customers, funding, or revenue.

What is included in the business startup package?

The package includes only the services listed in the product description and written service agreement. The exact scope depends on whether the business is unregulated or regulated.

Do I need to know what business I want to start?

Yes. You must already know the type of business you want to start, the business name, the structure you want to use, the products or services you plan to offer, and where the business will operate.

A2P does not choose the business idea, business name, structure, pricing, or services for you.

Are government and third-party fees included?

No. The package price does not include state filing fees, licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, bonds, inspections, background checks, domains, websites, software, subscriptions, or other outside expenses.

You are responsible for paying all third-party fees.

Do you complete license or certification applications?

No. A2P may research and inform you of licenses, permits, certifications, inspections, training, insurance, or other requirements that may apply to your business.

You are responsible for completing all required applications, testing, training, fingerprinting, inspections, and approval processes.

Are marketing, contracts, and business scripts included?

No. Marketing plans, contract research, outreach scripts, customer acquisition strategies, and business growth planning are separate services and require an additional package.

Do you create logos or social media pages?

No. Logo design, Facebook business page setup, Google Business Profile setup, digital business cards, social media images, promotional flyers, websites, and directory listings are not included.

A2P may inform you that these items are recommended, but you are responsible for completing them or hiring another provider.

Do you guarantee that my business will be approved?

No. A2P does not guarantee approval of any business registration, license, permit, certification, bank account, insurance policy, directory listing, funding request, or government registration.

Do you guarantee customers, contracts, or income?

No. A2P does not guarantee customers, contracts, funding, sales, revenue, or business success.

What is the refund policy?

Before work begins, any cancellation or refund request will be reviewed according to the terms of the service agreement and Payhip’s payment policies.

Once A2P begins research, preparation, document creation, filing work, or any other service included in the package, all payments are nonrefundable.

Time, research, customized work, and administrative services cannot be returned once completed or started.

By purchasing the package, you acknowledge and agree that there are no refunds after work has begun.

What happens if my business is regulated?

If the business requires specialized licensing, inspections, agency approval, professional credentials, or extensive regulatory research, it may be classified as a regulated business.

The regulated business package starts at $5,000. A customized quote may be required before additional work begins.

How many businesses does one package cover?

Each package covers one business, one state, one primary city or county, one main industry, and one owner or simple ownership structure unless otherwise stated in writing.

Additional businesses, locations, owners, industries, filings, or research may require additional fees.

How soon will work begin?

Work begins after payment is received, the required service agreement is accepted, and all requested business information and documents have been provided.

Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay the process.

What is the client responsible for?

You are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing documents, approving filings, paying all outside fees, completing identity verification, obtaining required licenses and insurance, and maintaining the business after setup.
