FitSoul has arrived! I can't wait to share this journey with you all. The concept behind the name ‘Fit-Soul’ is that essentially I would like my work and message to combine ‘fitness’ and also have an element of teaching people about the ‘soul’ (reason, character, thinking, consciousness, perception, feelings.) I’ve realised that these are the things that I’m most passionate about in life alongside helping people. So why not combine all 3 and create something magical for you queens!
