Weekly Meal Planner Spreadsheet Charcoal Minimal | 7-Day Menu, Recipes & Auto Grocery List | Excel Google Sheets

Plan your week's meals in graphite and copper — with automatic grocery list magic.

This Weekly Meal Planner in Charcoal Minimal colors is built for anyone who loves a clean, modern approach to meal planning. You pick 4 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) for 7 days, add the ingredients you'll use, and the spreadsheet automatically builds your grocery list. The graphite and copper palette makes planning a pleasure instead of a chore.

What makes it different from a plain calendar:- Weekly Menu tab — pick your meals for all 7 days, organized by meal type (breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks).- Recipes tab — log the ingredients and quantities for each recipe; the spreadsheet stores them for reuse.- Ingredients tab — enter your recipe ingredients, and they auto-populate on the Grocery List when you select that recipe on your weekly menu.- Auto-Filling Grocery List — mark the recipes you're making this week, and every ingredient is highlighted and ready to check off at the store.- 12 starter recipes with ingredients already filled in — replace them with your own in minutes.- Charcoal Minimal color scheme — understated, modern palette (graphite, copper, warm off-white) that's easy on the eyes and Instagram-friendly for your planning photos.

Included in this instant download:- MealPlanner-Weekly-CharcoalMinimal.xlsx — the full editable workbook (Instructions, Weekly Menu, Recipes, Ingredients, Grocery List)- MealPlanner-Weekly-CharcoalMinimal-US-Letter.pdf — blank printable planner for US Letter paper (handheld grocery list)- MealPlanner-Weekly-CharcoalMinimal-A4.pdf — same, for A4 paper

Works in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice Calc. Only the shaded input cells are meant for typing — everything else is protected so the formulas can't break by accident.
